Is the $699/month rate really locked in forever?
Yes. Early adopters who sign on now will never see a rate increase. As the platform grows and adds features, your rate stays at $699/month per location regardless of what the public price becomes.
What does the $399 multi-location admin fee cover?
The $399/month admin fee covers the Owner Portfolio Dashboard and all multi-location management features — one login, all locations, portfolio-level reporting. Each location still pays $699/month for its own subscription.
How does Invoice AI work?
Upload any vendor invoice — PDF or a photo on your phone. Sharkey AI reads the document and extracts vendor name, invoice number, date, and every category total (food, paper, chemical, uniform, waste, etc.) in under 30 seconds. Those totals automatically populate your P&L for the month.
Does it replace my POS system?
No — ExecuCore OS™ is your operating layer on top of your POS. Your POS handles transactions. ExecuCore handles everything that comes after: P&L, labor, invoices, AI analysis, and owner reporting.
How long does setup take?
Self setup typically takes 2-4 hours to configure your location and get your team trained. White glove onboarding usually completes in one session — on-site or virtual, typically 2-3 hours with your GM and management team.
