ExecuCore was founded by William Sharkey, an operator who spent years working inside businesses that were profitable on paper but dysfunctional in practice.

The insight came on Thanksgiving 2017 — managing a Five Guys location during a high-volume service that fell apart not because of effort, but because of the absence of real operational systems. The data existed. The decisions did not.

That moment became the foundation of ExecuCore: a platform that doesn't just collect data, but turns it into operational clarity — and gives operators the intelligence to act on it.
