The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ExecuCore OS does not guarantee that AI-generated insights or alerts will be accurate or that acting on them will result in specific business outcomes. Operational decisions remain the sole responsibility of the restaurant operator.
ExecuCore OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
